4Ground and Great Escape Games present the "Feature Buildings" for the Dead Man's Hand Old West building range. These are brand new kits, seen here in our webshop for the first time.
Set up in 1882 the Town Dead Man’s Hand Land Office came about when James Wilkins was posted there from New York when the territory was brought within the United States. At this point the Jamie started officially surveying, platting and selling public land in and around the town. Jamie quickly became well known to the people of the town and important local business owners like Stuart L E Wheatley finding that his unique skill set and the importance of his job could be a lucrative trade.
Now in conjunction with his friend Attorney Jean Dubois for the right person and the right price they can make sure that any claim goes through or, if you feel strongly enough about it, is revoked.
This kit works with Sub-Base A and does not come with a sub-base.
Add corrugated iron to give this building a "Down Under" feel.
Weight 300g for postage purposes. See Customer Service page for details of postage charges.
